Sexual education for teachers

Sexual education for students

Forget the dusty pictures from the biology textbook. In this lesson, we talk about sex the way it really is: from pleasure and anatomy to safety and online boundaries (sexting). We answer the questions young people are really struggling with in a judgment-free environment. Honest, down-to-earth, and aimed at boosting self-confidence and sexual well-being.

LGBTQ+ classes

Approximately 10-20% of the population falls under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, and therefore a portion of the students as well. It is important that everyone feels understood and knows that 'the norm' is neither better nor worse.

In the LGBTQ+ classes, we discuss different identities, how to handle them respectfully, and how to support friends.

Consent lessons

Having a good understanding of what consent is and how it works contributes to everyone's safety and well-being.

In this lesson, students learn about their own boundaries and those of others in an interactive way. We discuss the nuances of consent, peer pressure, and how to communicate what you do and don't want in a relaxed manner. An indispensable foundation for healthy friendships and relationships.
