Lessons
We offer various classes every month. Our offerings change every month, depending on which experts come to teach.
We believe it is important that people have access to accurate information, and therefore some of our lessons are freely accessible, depending on their relevance.
Consent

How do you apply consent in practice? In this active lesson, we use frameworks such as the FRIES method (Freely given, Reversible, Informed, Enthusiastic, Specific). You will learn practical tools to make wishes and boundaries open for discussion, so that you can act with full confidence and mutual respect.
Queer sex-ed

Safe sex and health are a right in our view. Also for people with alternative identities.
This class is designed to give everyone an equal start to information, but also to go beyond mere safety. We will explore what intimacy means when you let go of the boxes. From gender-affirming pleasure and the use of aids to redefining 'sex' on your own terms. A safe space to learn, laugh, and discover what works for you, regardless of your experience or label.
BDSM 101

Discover the world of power dynamics, surrender, and sensation in this comprehensive introductory course. We dive into the history and modern context of BDSM to build upon.
From a solid foundation, we move on to practice: how do you discover your own style, how do you find a suitable partner, and how do you conduct a negotiation?
We go through the entire process from safe play to aftercare.
Whether you dream of a specific scene or a complete kinky lifestyle: this lesson gives you the context, tools, and confidence for a responsible start.
Vaginismus and menopause

We discuss the psychophysical aspects of vaginismus (tightening of the pelvic floor muscles, which can cause pain during intercourse) and how to work towards relaxation step by step.
In addition, we look at menopause and the hormonal changes that affect the sensitivity and texture of your body.
What we cover:
Pelvic Floor & Vaginismus: Causes, breathwork, and breaking the pain cycle.
Hormonal influences: The impact of menopause on your libido and physical comfort.
Tools & Self-care: From dilators and hydration to medical options and communication.
We offer a safe space to gain knowledge and protect your own boundaries and enjoyment with more self-confidence.
